Since I am new oatient, I can't remember the nurse practices name, but I really like everything about her, she listened, found the next major problem n jad two options. I really like e eryone so far. I m happy, it's not easyvto find good doctors for a person who has real issues beyond my back hurts. Thank you so very much

John Burrage my husband has seen Dr. Azeem for several procedures. He saw a Orthopedic surgeon and he recommended Dr. Azeem. He's very caring and wants to fix your problem. John was not ready for the rods and screws that a Orthopedic Physician does. Dr. Azeem is great at giving cortisone shots. I've had several in knees and shoulders from othopedic surgeons and they are really painful. Dr. Azeem uses x-rays and gets right in the joint and with no pain. My husband just recently had the minute man procedure for a spine problem where he was in alot of pain and unable to do much of anything. Had to stay on alot of medication to counter the pain. Its been 1 month today with no pain. Takes minimual medication. John is 75 and is very active and I think Dr. Azeem has fixed the problem with the minute man procedure. We have sent several patients to him and everyone is pleased with his care. Give him a try if you are in pain especially before you have major surgery. John P. Burrage

Diagnosed with lumbar stenosis by Dr. Azeem. Recommended inserting Superion devices between two sets of my vertebrae. My pain had gotten to the point I could not walk a half a block or stand for over 10 minutes. Immediately after Dr. Azeem completed this procedure, my pain was gone! Now have had some physical therapy to rebuild muscle tone lost from giving in to the pain for so long. Bless Dr. Azeem and his crew!

Office staff was courteous & helpful. Safety measures were in place & being practiced for COVID 19.
Dr. Azeem was very informative, describing my spinal issues and treatment plan. He took the time to answer my questions and

150 miles in to my 1200 mile trip from Pennsylvania to Florida my hips began to ache. By the time my trip was complete, I could barely get out of my vehicle. My son-in-law recommended Florida Spine & Pain Specialists. An appointment was set very quickly and accommodated my out of state insurance. Dr. Azeem was thorough and presented options for treatment for my bursitis. The hip injections were painless and the relief nearly instantaneous. I cannot thank Dr. Azeem and his kind staff enough. Not only was I able to enjoy my visit but the 1200 mile drive back to Pennsylvania was pain free!

I’ve always avoided the option of surgery because of the nerve-racking concerns of something going wrong. I had such pain in my back it hurt so much, that it was hard to perform everyday tasks (i.e. lifting my grand babies).
However, I was tempted with this procedure because it was minimally invasive, which meant way less concern about pain and errors!
The procedure went flawlessly! The staff was great and the doctor knows his stuff. I’m glad I committed to this. Not feeling the pain that I had. Totally recommend considering it if you have the pain I had.

I have been seeing Dr. Azeem since 2018. He is very knowledgeable in his field of both spine and chronic pain. He listened intently to my medical issues. He recommended several different options to relieve my pain. Every time I have visited his office, his staff is very accommodating and polite. Dr. Azeem is very thorough in examining and finding the best solution for treatment. I am so very happy I have met him and recommend him to anyone suffering from back and/or chronic pain.

Dr. Azeem is Knowledgeable and compassionate. He really cares about how his patients are suffering. He's not intimidating, and he explains whats going on (in details) and what's pertinent to your situation. Im glad I met Dr. Azeem.
